Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the Radisson hotel. The rooms were in great condition and had all the necessary facilities, but they were located next to noisy lifts and were smaller than expected for the price. On the bright side, the service was fantastic and the location was fabulous, although the ongoing construction works nearby affected the quietness. The dining options were of high quality, offering a wide range of choices. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I chose a room that looked out over the town as requested, but unfortunately, the view was obstructed by the outside wall. The room itself was abysmally small to the point where I could hardly move around. Compared to other hotels in the same area with similar pricing, the size was significantly smaller.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location right in the heart of London on Oxford Street was fantastic, but the noise at night was a downside. The rooms were quite small, with 2 single beds and a separate shower which felt cramped, typical of the London setting.
The hotel is perfectly situated right on Oxford Street next to Bond Street Tube station. The rooms are clean and spacious, although a bit dark. The service provided by Maciej and the staff is exceptional. The dining options are good despite opening a bit late. The location is fantastic, especially for exploring London's shopping district.
Upon arrival, the hotel was fully booked, but the service was efficient with quick check-in and check-out processes. The room I received was uncomfortably small and noisy, quite different from the reservations. However, the concierge was very helpful, and the room was spacious and surprisingly bigger than expected.
The hotel rooms are clean and comfy, featuring one of the best hotel beds ever experienced, but lack space and can be noisy at times. Service is outstanding with the staff being helpful and always smiling. The prime location offers easy access to shopping and major sights. Dining options are good, albeit with possible delays. Overall, a pleasant stay marred only slightly by room conditions.
The hotel room we received was quite different from the one we anticipated, being uncomfortably small with no space for larger luggage items. However, it did offer a lovely view across the London Rooftops and was surprisingly quiet. The room had a nice walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with REN products, which was a nice touch, and was generally clean, tidy, spacious, and even featured a delightful bathtub for a relaxing bath experience.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable at no additional charge. They were clean and tidy, perfect for a business trip. The service from check-in to check-out was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making sure nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, right in the heart of London, close to many attractions and shops. The dining options were plentiful and delicious, especially the buffet spread. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
The hotel rooms were clean and welcoming, with lots of tea and coffee provided, making it very good. The spacious rooms were equipped with everything you need. However, the initial cleanliness required asking for clean towels, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were clean and elegant, and I was lucky to have a room with a window overlooking the Main Street. While the room was a bit small and could get noisy, it was still very comfortable, clean, and warm. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff who made my stay even more pleasant. The location was perfect, right next to Oxford street, which allowed me to enjoy a great night's sleep in a convenient setting. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its fantastic amenities and prime location.
The hotel fell short of our expectations with very dated and basic rooms, not worth the premium price paid. The service, however, was the real highlight, with extremely helpful staff making the stay more pleasant. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping enthusiasts, although some dining experiences left room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the center near boutiques and shopping centers, with welcoming friendly staff. The rooms were clean but outdated with dark wardrobes, and my room wasn't ready until 3 pm, which was inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the overall service efficient and pleasant. The location couldn't be better, literally around the corner from a tube station and across the road from main shopping areas. The dining experience was diabolical, with bad quality and poor service, even though it was included in the room rate. The facilities were lacking in cleanliness and service quality.
The hotel is located in a perfect spot, ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms are a bit small for two people with luggage but are equipped with all essentials. The service is efficient and caring, making you feel well taken care of. The location is fantastic, especially for those who want easy access to transportation and shopping. The dining experience could offer more options, considering the price paid. Overall, a convenient and central hotel with some minor room size issues.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just across from Bond Street Tube station, perfect for shopping and exploring London. The rooms, although small and a bit dated, were decent for a good night's sleep. The service provided by the helpful and welcoming staff, especially Thomas, was a highlight. The dining options were average at best, lacking variety, but the freshly baked cookies were a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the bed was one of the best I've ever had, which was fantastic. However, the initial room I was given was very, very small and not suitable for my needs, so I had to pay to change it. The staff were always smiling and helpful, especially Thomas, and the location right in the heart of London was ideal for shopping. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with long waiting times on Sunday morning, but the overall service was satisfactory.
