I had a mixed experience at the Radisson hotel. The rooms were in great condition and had all the necessary facilities, but they were located next to noisy lifts and were smaller than expected for the price. On the bright side, the service was fantastic and the location was fabulous, although the ongoing construction works nearby affected the quietness. The dining options were of high quality, offering a wide range of choices. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

I chose a room that looked out over the town as requested, but unfortunately, the view was obstructed by the outside wall. The room itself was abysmally small to the point where I could hardly move around. Compared to other hotels in the same area with similar pricing, the size was significantly smaller.

Rooms

The room I had was extremely small, making it hard to move around comfortably.
Service

I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff, especially when they heard about my son's A-level results. They were very understanding and even offered me a bigger room.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the center of the shopping zone, making it convenient for exploring the city and being in close proximity to all the main attractions.
Dining

I found the dining experience to be good overall, although I was a bit let down when the mushrooms and bacon were served cold. The presence of the same dishes every day was a bit monotonous.
Facilities

The hotel provided basic facilities, and although it was a bit of a nuisance, the removal of some double-glazing panels prompted them to provide an additional heater.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location right in the heart of London on Oxford Street was fantastic, but the noise at night was a downside. The rooms were quite small, with 2 single beds and a separate shower which felt cramped, typical of the London setting.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were facing Oxford Street, which meant noise until the early hours. They had 2 single beds and a separate shower, not over a bath, reflecting the small London style.

Location

The hotel's location on Oxford Street, right next to the Underground station, was convenient for shopping and accessing attractions. However, it lacked the quietness for a relaxing stay and wasn't close to nice evening spots.

The hotel room we received was quite different from the one we anticipated, being uncomfortably small with no space for larger luggage items. However, it did offer a lovely view across the London Rooftops and was surprisingly quiet. The room had a nice walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with REN products, which was a nice touch, and was generally clean, tidy, spacious, and even featured a delightful bathtub for a relaxing bath experience.

Rooms

Despite being small and different from what we expected, the room had some positive aspects like a lovely view and quietness. It was clean, tidy, spacious, and provided a nice bath experience.
Service

The hotel's location is exceptional, being right on Oxford Street, a prime attraction for tourists, and easily accessible to places like Oxford Circus. While the room was small, its quietness was suitable for an overnight stay, though considered overpriced for longer stays. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center near boutiques and shopping centers, with welcoming friendly staff. The rooms were clean but outdated with dark wardrobes, and my room wasn't ready until 3 pm, which was inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the overall service efficient and pleasant. The location couldn't be better, literally around the corner from a tube station and across the road from main shopping areas. The dining experience was diabolical, with bad quality and poor service, even though it was included in the room rate. The facilities were lacking in cleanliness and service quality.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the bed was one of the best I've ever had, which was fantastic.
